2023 Conference Sponsorship/Exhibitor Details

The Annual ATSPA Conference is a premier level learning and networking opportunity for healthcare professionals from across the commonwealth. Regular attendance boasts 200+ healthcare professionals annually from the nursing, EMS, physician, social work, and Physical/Occupational Therapy fields. Sponsors and exhibitors will receive recognition and exposure in return for a contribution to trauma prevention.

*All sponsorships must be received by Friday, February 24, 2023 for inclusion in conference program book.

2023 Conference Sponsorship Opportunities:

*Institutional Members will receive a discount for Exhibitor Level opportunity. For ATS Institutional Members signing up as an Exhibitor will cost $350.


Exhibitor space includes:

  • One (1) 8’ x 10’ space with one (1) 6’ topped and skirted table and two (2) chairs

  • Exhibitor name inclusion in the program book if registration is completed by February 24, 2023

  • Conference sessions and continuing education credits for one exhibitor representative


Exhibits will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall. The Exhibit Hall will be the location for all meals and beverage breaks. Display hours will be from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25th and from 7:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26th.

The sponsorships below include company logo in the on-site program book, recognition in opening remarks, a onetime “thank you” post to ATSPA social media that tags your company, listing on conference slide deck, company logo on conference landing page.

*Please note that due to regulations from our continuing education credit providers, no products or services may be sold during the conference. Exhibitors and their discussions must also be kept separate from education. This means that we ask exhibitors and sponsors to please not “talk shop” in our education room.
